Key responsibilities of the Receptionist and Medical Lead:

  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, students and parents

  • Deliver a calm, efficient and professional front-of-house service

  • Manage visitor sign-in systems, calls, emails and deliveries

  • Coordinate student sign-in/out, attendance and welfare enquiries

  • Act as the school’s Medical Lead, providing first aid and medical support
