Location: Hayes, Hillingdon
Salary: £26,789 - £39,450
Contract: Full-time / Permanent (Training Provided)

Looking to start a career in education but don’t yet have QTS?
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Unqualified Maths Teacher to a supportive Maths department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain classroom experience while working toward teacher training.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of engaging and accessible Maths lessons (KS3/KS4)
- Work alongside experienced teachers to plan and deliver learning activities
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support to pupils
- Manage behaviour positively and create an encouraging learning environment
- Assess student progress and help identify areas for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics (A-level or higher preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine interest in teaching and supporting young people
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous tutoring or school experience is a bonus but not essential
