Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised, engaging lessons tailored to pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and the SENDCo
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning atmosphere
- Use creative, differentiated approaches to support engagement and progress
- Monitor, assess, and record pupil development
We Are Looking For:
- A committed individual with a genuine passion for supporting SEND learners
- Experience working with SEND pupils OR a strong interest in building a SEND Teacher career
- Someone patient, adaptable, and confident in building strong relationships
- An individual able to commit until July 2026
