SEND TA – Hackney, London – Immediate Start

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in Education? Ribbons and Reeves are working with a vibrant SEND School in Hackney, London as a SEND TA starting immediately.

SEND TA – Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.

  • Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.

  • Providing support to students with SEND.

  • As a SEND TA you will need to ensure that you’re creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.

SEND TA – What the role offers:

  • A weekly pay between £444–£513 PAYE.

  • Holiday pay included.

  • Time off during school holidays.

  • Free car parking available on the premises.

  • Guidance and support if you would like to further your career and become a Teacher.

SEND TA – Ideal Candidate:

  • A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 30 University or Russell Group.

  • Ideally a Psychology graduate.

  • Ideally some experience working with children or exposure to SEND.

  • Valid Visa and ideally an Enhanced DBS.

  • Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
