Are you a Secondary Computer Science Early Career Teacher looking to secure a role in a supportive Southwark school?

We are looking for a Computer Science ECT who can:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4

  • Develop pupils’ understanding of programming, algorithms and computational thinking

  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil progress

  • Bring enthusiasm for technology and a passion for teaching Computer Science

 

As a Computer Science ECT in this role, you will:

  • Work full-time in a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school

  • Earn MPS1–MPS2, in line with experience

  • Receive high-quality ECT mentoring and a structured induction programme

  • Develop subject knowledge and classroom practice alongside experienced specialists

  • Hold (or be on track to achieve) QTS in Secondary Computer Science

  • Have a strong subject knowledge and understanding of the GCSE curriculum
