The Role:
- Lead and develop the EYFS provision across Nursery and Reception
- Deliver high-quality, play-based teaching within Nursery
- Support and mentor EYFS staff to maintain strong practice
- Work closely with SLT to drive Early Years progress and outcomes
The Ideal Candidate:
- QTS with strong EYFS experience
- Proven Nursery or Reception teaching background
- Secure knowledge of the EYFS framework and assessment
- Passionate, organised, and committed to early childhood development
