The school is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher who:
• Holds UK QTS and a recognised PGCE or equivalent qualification
• Has secure knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Demonstrates strong phonics expertise and early reading practice
• Plans and delivers engaging, well-structured lessons that secure progress for all pupils
• Uses assessment effectively to inform teaching and close gaps
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
• Has high expectations for attainment, presentation and behaviour
• Is committed to contributing to wider school life as a proactive KS1 Teacher
