We are seeking an exceptional Head of Maths to join our forward-thinking secondary school in Lambeth. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Head of Maths to drive academic excellence, shape curriculum innovation across Key Stages 3–5, and ensure outstanding outcomes at GCSE and A Level.

As Head of Maths, you will lead a committed team of specialist teachers, maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment throughout the department. The successful Head of Maths will play a key strategic role within the wider leadership structure of the school, promoting a culture of ambition, resilience, and achievement.

Our ideal Head of Maths will:

• Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a proven track record at secondary level

• Have experience of raising attainment at GCSE and/or A Level

• Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and data-analysis skills

• Be committed to developing staff and nurturing future leaders
