Aspiring Primary Teacher | The Role:

  • Support the delivery of phonics and early reading lessons in EYFS and KS1
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils needing additional help with decoding, blending and reading confidence
  • Assist in preparing resources and activities to enhance phonics teaching
  • Track and report pupil progress to class teachers and the SEN team
  • Encourage pupils to develop enthusiasm for reading and independent learning
