About the Role – SENCo:
- The appointed SENCo will lead and manage SEND provision across the school
- Ensure high-quality support and outcomes for students with additional needs
- Work closely with staff, parents, and external agencies in your role as SENCo
- Bring an innovative approach to develop and implement effective SEND strategies
- Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking as SENCo
- Contribute to whole-school leadership as a key member of staff and SENCo
