A well-regarded secondary school in Lewisham is seeking to appoint a SENCo to lead and develop SEND provision across the school.

This SENCo role is suited to an experienced SEND specialist who is confident working across a whole-school setting, ensuring pupils with additional needs are well supported and able to access a broad and ambitious curriculum.

The successful SENCo will lead on ensuring pupils with SEND are accurately identified and effectively supported in lessons. Staff know pupils well and work closely to adapt learning, using structured systems such as personalised learning plans to support progress.
