STEM Teaching Assistant | Hackney | 1st June 2026 Start

A high-performing secondary school in Hackney is seeking a STEM Teaching Assistant to join from 1st June 2026 on a full-time, long-term basis until the end of the academic year in July 2026, with strong potential for extension from September 2026. This opportunity is ideal for a high-achieving graduate with strong child-centred experience looking to gain meaningful secondary school experience supporting KS3–KS4 students across Science and Maths.

The school has developed a strong reputation for inclusion, academic progress and SEND provision, with a Progress 8 score above national averages and established intervention systems across core subjects. Leaders have invested heavily in targeted academic support, enabling students with SEND and additional learning needs to access the curriculum successfully. STEM Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start | Hackney
£513.11 weekly via PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
