An ambitious secondary school in Hackney is seeking a Russell Group Graduate to join from September 2026 on a long-term basis. What the role involves:
• Supporting KS3 and KS4 students within lessons and intervention sessions
• Delivering targeted 1:1 and small-group academic support
• Assisting teachers with classroom learning and behaviour routines
• Helping pupils improve confidence, organisation and subject understanding
The successful candidate will:
• Hold a degree from a Russell Group university
• Demonstrate strong academic credentials and communication skills
• Have previous child-centred experience such as tutoring or mentoring
• Show enthusiasm for education and supporting young people
