• Assistant Head Teacher applicants must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven leadership experience within a primary school setting is essential
• Previous SENCO experience or significant SEND leadership experience is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of SEND provision, inclusion strategies and the Primary National Curriculum is preferred
• Assistant Head Teacher candidates should demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
• A commitment to improving outcomes for all pupils is essential
