Psychology Graduate – Brent – Immediate Start

Psychology Graduate | Key Details
• £100 per day PAYE
• Immediate start
• Full-time, term-time only
• Contract until the end of the academic year
• Based in Brent
• Excellent experience for aspiring teachers, Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, SEN professionals or therapists
Psychology Graduate | The Role
• Support pupils in class, in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
• Help pupils access learning and build confidence in school
• Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and pastoral staff
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs and learning difficulties
• Encourage positive routines, independence and engagement
• Gain valuable experience in behaviour, safeguarding, SEND and child development
Psychology Graduate | Candidate Requirements
• Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 or above preferred
• Strong interest in education, mental health, SEN or child development
• Calm, patient and resilient approach
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
• Must be reliable and able to commit for the full academic year
