SEN Teaching Assistant – Role and Requirements
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting students in achieving their academic goals
- Reinforcing targets throughout the school day
- Encouraging students’ independence, confidence, and social development
- A strong understanding of SEN needs
- Working with students with low to severe educational needs#
- Degree for a top UK University is preferred
