We are looking for a reliable School Caretaker, with proven site maintenance experience to operate as an independent School Caretaker. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team as a School Caretaker, maintaining the facilities of this large primary school site!

In this role as a School Caretaker, you will help provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for students and staff and help in maintaining high standards and contribute to the aims of the school. The school need a School Caretaker who possesses a proven track record of providing top-quality and efficient site maintenance ideally within a school setting and competency in DIY skills.

School Caretaker Job:

• Salary is £550-£625 per week inclusive of holiday pay / Paid on PAYE
• Initial contract until July with view to permanent role starting September
• State of the art facilities - super working environment
• Interviews for the School Caretaker role to begin immediately!

School Caretaker Requirements:

• Prior school experience is beneficial.
• Relevant site training/qualifications – COSHH, IOSHH, Asbestos Awareness etc.
• Proficiency in DIY skills for general maintenance and repairs.
• Reliability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently.
• Driving license preferred as will be required to drive the school minibus.
