School Data Officer | Bromley
Exciting opportunity for a School Data Officer to join a reputable school in Bromley. The School Data Officer will join the school on a daily rate until the end of the academic year, with the potential of the role being made permanent for the successful candidate.
£90-£100 per day, School Data Officer, Bromley.
The School Data Officer will take responsibility for all data activity within the school, supporting the leaders of the school by providing insights and analysis which result in positive outcomes for students.
School Data Officer responsibilities include:
- The School Data Officer will maintain the use of Assessment Manager, Attendance, Profiles and Behaviour modules and support staff in their day-to-day use of the system including staff training.
- Maintaining the assessment database and ensuring that assessment data held on students is accurate and complete.
- Assisting with the analysis of school data and producing reports on areas such as progress, attendance, effort, and behaviour at times set out in the assessment calendar.
- The School Data Officer will work alongside the Data Manager with responsibility for the monitoring, recording, and reporting cycle at the school.
- Liaising with students, staff, and parents in relation to exams and taking responsibility for sending of reports and examination information.
School Data Officer requirements:
- 2:1 degree or above.
- Data-driven and analytical mindset.
- Well-organised, efficient, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
