English Academic Mentor | Job Summary
- Has an English related degree from a Top 20 UK University
- English Academic Mentor – Commencing in September until the end of the academic year
- Full-time term time only English Academic Mentor role
- Role paying £480-£600 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
- Ideal role for an aspiring Teacher keen to gain some hands-on experience.
- Experience working with children ideally in a school setting is desirable
English Academic Mentor | Job Role
- Plan and teach English lessons to KS3 & KS4 students (with KS5 option)
- Receive mentorship and training from an outstanding English department
- Assist Years 7-13 students applying to Russell group and Oxbridge Universities
- Support students in a classroom setting, 1:1, and through small group interventions
- Increase academic progression of students
