1:1 Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

Essential Requirements for the 1:1 Teaching Assistant:
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a leading UK university.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND or autism.
- Confidence and creativity in managing behaviour and engaging students.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
