PA to Executive Headteacher | Lambeth | January Start
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA to Executive Headteacher in a thriving federation of primary schools located in Lambeth. If you are an experienced and detail-oriented professional ready to make a significant impact, this role is for you!
Role Overview
As the PA to Executive Headteacher, you will:
- Provide high-level professional and confidential administrative support to the Executive Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team.
- Manage the Executive Headteacher’s diary, appointments, and arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries from staff, parents/carers, governors, and external agencies.
- Coordinate and oversee the smooth running of business and events as they arise.
- Ensure all communication and documentation are handled efficiently, including meeting agendas and minutes.
About the Role
- Salary: £36,000-£37,500 (pro rata).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (35 hours per week), 42 weeks (term time plus 3 weeks).
- Start Date: January 2024, with a handover period prior to the start date.
