As a First-Class Maths Graduate, you will:

• Work with students on a 1:1 and small group basis to improve their understanding and confidence in Maths.
• Lead intervention sessions for students struggling with Maths, helping to boost their progress and attainment.
• Support behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, professionals, and families to enhance students’ educational outcomes.
• Focus on increasing the school’s Progress 8 score through tailored academic support.

What we’re looking for:

• A First-Class Maths Degree from a top 20 UK university.
• Experience working with children, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
• Confidence in managing behaviour and supporting SEND students.
• Proactive, flexible, and creative approach to learning support.
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
