Seeking newly qualified Biology Graduates to share their academic expertise with others in a mentorship position.

Role: Biology Graduate

Location: Tower Hamlets

Contract: Contract, full-time, 1 Year (potential to be extended)

Pay: £410 - £513 PW

Visa: No Visa Sponsorship

In this role as a Biology Graduate, you will need to hold an expert understanding of biology - a degree in Biology is essential. Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Environmental Science.

Biology Graduate - requirements:
* 2:1 or above in a UK undergraduate Biology related degree
* STEM tutoring experience up to KS5 is desirable
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to engage students with a variety of abilities
* A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to learn new skills

Biology Graduate – The Position

· The preparation of equipment/apparatus, substances and materials to support practical lessons.

· Supporting the Science Teacher to carry out practical lessons.

· Provide 1:1 or small groups interventions to pupils
