Oxbridge Graduate Teaching Assistant – Role Overview:

• Teaching Assistant position supporting students aged 11-16

• Full-time, permanent role starting September 2025

• Annual salary of £29,500

• Work closely with GCSE groups to raise attainment

• Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions (2-6 students)

• Create engaging resources and lead academic support sessions

• Track and report on student progress

• Opportunity to progress to School Direct Teacher Training from September 2026

Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For:

• First-Class degree from Oxford or Cambridge (priority to Maths, Science, and English disciplines)

• Excellent A-Level and GCSE results

• Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring or coaching

• Genuine ambition to become a qualified Secondary Teacher

• Confident, engaging, and enthusiastic personality
