Location: Richmond, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

Are you a recent Science graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience before training to teach?
A well-respected secondary school in Richmond is hiring a Science Graduate to support pupils across Biology, Chemistry and Physics. You’ll be part of a positive and collaborative Science department that encourages curiosity and hands-on learning.
As a Science Graduate, you’ll support in-class learning, lead small group sessions and provide one-to-one help for pupils who need extra guidance. The school places strong focus on academic achievement, student wellbeing and positive behaviour.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Leading small group and 1:1 interventions to boost understanding
- Assisting in the preparation and set-up of practical experiments
- Encouraging scientific thinking, enquiry and curiosity
We’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above in a Science-related subject such as Biology, Chemistry, Physics or combined Sciences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An interest in education and supporting young people’s development
- Availability for the full academic year, September 2025 to July 2026
