Full-time, Long-term role | Term-time
£90–£95 per day (PAYE)
We are working with a welcoming and well-run nursery in Brent, North West London, who are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their Early Years team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and keen to gain hands-on experience in a supportive nursery environment.
The role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be:
- Supporting children aged 2–4 within the EYFS framework
- Working alongside experienced Early Years Practitioners and teachers
- Helping to deliver engaging, play-based learning activities
- Supporting children’s social, emotional and early academic development
- Assisting with daily routines, observations and safeguarding procedures
Who we are looking for
This role would suit someone who:
- Holds a Level 2 (or above) Early Years qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Has experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool or early years setting
- Is warm, reliable and proactive
- Is considering a long-term career in education, childcare or child development
- Graduates with a strong interest in Early Years are encouraged to apply
