SENCo | Kensington & Chelsea

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking an experienced SENCo to join its leadership team from September 2026. This SENCo role is ideal for a dedicated professional passionate about driving outstanding SEND provision and ensuring every pupil achieves their full potential.

The successful SENCo will lead a well-established SEND department, working closely with staff, families, and external agencies. This SENCo position offers excellent professional development, including weekly paid training sessions after school, alongside a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. SENCo – Role Overview:

  • Lead SEND provision across the school as a SENCo
  • Develop and implement effective strategies as a SENCo
  • Support teachers in delivering inclusive practice as a SENCo
  • Monitor pupil progress and EHCP outcomes as a SENCo
  • Work with external professionals and families as a SENCo

SENCo – Candidate Profile:

  • UK QTS and NASENCo qualification (or working towards) required for this SENCo role
  • Proven experience in SEND leadership as a SENCo
  • Strong knowledge of EHCP processes as a SENCo
  • Ability to inspire staff and drive inclusion as a SENCo
